Reporting to the Global SAP Process Lead - OTC/PTP, the incumbent will be responsible for the improvement and support of the live SAP system.


Actively work with the business to identify opportunities to incorporate new functionality into SAP and maximize benefits and deliver business support across all IATA divisions in a timely, efficient manner to minimize system down time to the business;
Proactively manage the PTP business process procedures and solution;
Single point of contact for all questions regarding the current PTP functional solution and all future solution requirements;
Provide PTP knowledge transfer sessions to the Champion Users and own associated PTP training material;
Provide ongoing daily production business PTP support to all IATA divisions;
Manage Service request support tickets of the ECC7 system; Undertake the workload based on the pre-agreed prioritisation;
Perform resolution of errors (analysis, configuration, testing, and implementation) and design and implementation of small configuration change requests in conjunction with Process owner;
Issue resolution within agreed Service Level Objectives (SLO’s) is adhered to;
Manage issues / incident reports via effective communication within the team or cross functionally;
Assist the Solution owner - in developing standard template architecture and robust and scalable design for the appropriate solution;
Participate in and lead user interactions and gather business requirements, as required;
Develop, update and maintain applicable PTP functional documentation as required;
Perform ad-hoc operational and compliance reporting tasks as requested by management from time-to-time;
Ensure SAP BT standards are adhered to with regard to user training and authorisations.


University degree and 5 to 10 years relevant experience;
Strong SAP Purchase to Pay configuration skills;
Minimum of 4 project life cycles;
Minimum of 6 years experience in SAP PTP Configuration;
Configuration knowledge of PTP business processes is an asset;
Excellent written and oral communications skills in English.
