Position: Database Coordinator
Department: PMH Foundation
Reports to: Manager, Information Services
Status: TFT (Temporary Full-Time - Maternity leave contract 14 months)

PMH is a recognized international leader in the fight against cancer. PrincessMargaretHospital, along with Toronto GeneralHospital and TorontoWesternHospital comprise University Health Network (UHN).
The Database Coordinator is responsible for extracting data for direct response mailings, donor recognition, and other reporting purposes; Import data files, from all sources, into appropriate database and generate required reports to review accuracy and completeness of imports; Produce weekly revenue reports and donor giving, and distribute to appropriate staff members; Global upload of files to append appropriate codes to donor records.
. Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
. Minimum 3 years of experience using Raisers Edge
. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, 2010 preferred
. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
. Ability to work effectively unsupervised
. Ability to work as a team member
. Knowledge of on line fundraising tools (ie. Raisin)
