Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Work Setting: Telecommunications industry

Specific Skills: Operate database management systems to analyze data

Management Systems (erp or db): MS SQL Server, MySQL

Computer and Technology Knowledge: Windows, Linux, Hardware, Networking software, Networking hardware, Networking security , Internet, Servers, File management software, Office Suites, Database software

Own Tools/Equipment: Cellular phone

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail
