As a key member of an innovative Information Technology Team, you administer Oracle, Sybase, and SQL Anywhere databases and Oracle Application servers.  You design, develop, and maintain the organization’s databases, monitor standards and procedures and integrate systems through database design.  You are proactive in detecting and preventing technical problems.  In addition, you ensure sufficient capacity to support the corporation’s data, raise and monitor requests for database service, and act as a Project Leader on various small to medium sized projects.
You are a clear, concise communicator who is analytical in nature and plays close attention to the details.
You have three (3) years’ experience working on a variety of assignments in a technical/analytical role within a systems development organization, including a minimum of two (2) years as an Oracle database administrator.  You have a degree or diploma in computer science or other IT-related discipline.   ITIL and Oracle Professional certification would be an asset, as would experience with Harvest, RMAN, Oracle’s ERP and Sybase.
