The MDM Administrator reports to the Manager, Member & Customer Experience and will maintain critical data elements of all UFA customers with a concentration on member equity and member investments. The Administrator is expected to demonstrate solid customer service expertise and be a strong member of the team in which the governance structure will rely on for business intelligence and performance management. The Administrator is expected to fulfill their responsibilities with limited supervision while maintaining effective communications within their team.
Specific responsibilities may include:
Maintain the member’s equity and investment programs which include redemptions, re-issuance of cheques and deposits.
Communicate with members on all equity and investment inquiries.
Ensure, in consultation with the Chief Governance Officer (CGO), all UFA by‑laws as they pertain to handling member records, approving new memberships, equity payouts and dividend calculation are handled accurately, confidentially and efficiently.
Create and maintain SAP master data for members and customers such as name changes, cancel & combining related accounts and validation of new accounts.
Establish and adheres to policies and procedures, and ensures the uniform collection, storage and management of computerized data, produced both inside and outside of the organization
